Facilitate collaboration among team members on shared projects by establishing dedicated team workspaces as required.
Upon accessing Virto.MAX, you will immediately see all your active projects displayed on the main dashboard. On the left side of the interface, navigate to the Teams section. At the bottom of this panel, select Create New Team; a new window will appear where you can specify the team's name and description, add colleagues by entering their email addresses, and send invitations by selecting Send Invite. Once complete, click Create to add the new team, which will then be listed within the Teams section.
There are two ways to collaborate on projects. You can either select an existing team and choose Create New Team Project at the top right of the screen to launch a new project collaboratively, or you can share a project from your personal workspace by clicking the share icon, selecting Share With Team, and choosing the relevant team from the dropdown menu.
