Use layers

Control which project elements are visible and adjust how strongly the underlay appears.

Open the layer controls

  1. Open the Layers section in the side panel.
  2. Switch a layer on or off to simplify the current view.
  3. Use the background-fade control to make the map or uploaded underlay more or less visible.

Typical layers

Depending on the project and workflow, the layer list can include:

  • Roof names
  • Field labels.
  • PV modules.
  • Transparent modules
  • Roof or placement zones.
  • Rails or mounting elements.
  • Ballast or related system information.
  • Obstacles and other project objects.
  • Transparent-module display.
