Add a panel to the panel database

Add the panel manually

1. Open Module Selection in the layout workflow or navigate to the module overview page.
2. Select the add button in the layout workflow or click ‘create new module’ in the module overview page.
3. Choose the manual-entry option.
4. Enter the manufacturer, model name, module type, nominal power, width, height, and other required values.
5. Review the units and save the panel.
6. Select it for the current layout.

Import a PAN file

1. Select the add button in Module Selection or navigate to the module overview page.
2. Choose the .PAN import option or click ‘Upload .PAN file’ in the module overview page.
3. Upload the file.
4. Review the imported manufacturer, model, dimensions, power, and electrical data.
5. Save the panel and select it for the project.
